Delivery Times

Our goal is a 3-5 day handling time before shipping but it can be longer during busy times. Our best sellers that require no customization can go out in as little as 1 day. If you need your order for a certain date please contact us first. Most accurate delivery times can be seen in our Etsy shop.
Indoor/Outdoor

Flags and signs put indoors will last a life time. We put multiple layers of clearcoat on our signs & flags but due to the different weather extremes we can make no guarantee to the life of an item left outdoors. Most of our flags are made from pine but we do use some other woods. Check the item description before purchase if this is important to you.
Returns

Returns on custom items that are personalized with names, etc. are not accepted. If there were any mistakes on our part such as spelling we'll replace your item free of charge. We will accept items that are not personalized back as long as they are in the same condition as received. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
Areas we do not offer customization for

Anyone can purchase our flags but as for our customization options we do reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our companies philosophy. Each piece we make is considered art and we do not create art that violates our conscience. Not everyone will agree with this but there are plenty of companies who will gladly take your order. Subjects that will be refused include:
-Anything that includes profanity
-Adult Entertainment
-Satanic or Wiccan symbolism (yes we've been asked for this before and now state up front that we are not creating those images)
-Copyrighted logos or trademarks that we don't have a license to reproduce
-Anything else that would violate our previously stated commitment
Hanging your product

We will not be held responsible for items not properly mounted. You must secure your item to a solid surface hitting a stud or using anchors if no studs are available. Realize some of our larger flags can weigh up to 25lbs and can rip out of the wall if not properly secured. Our D-Ring hangers are rated to hold up to 40lbs each.
Disclaimer

It may be necessary for us to change fonts or text sizes at times depending on the specific place the text must go and the length of the text, etc. These small changes we just make. If any major changes are necessary we would contact you before proceeding.
Shipping

Shipping is USPS priority or Fedex Ground depending on the size of the item and distance it is going. If you want to purchase multiple items your welcome to send us a message first with your zip code and we can get you a shipping quote to try and save you money with combined shipping. Priority mail is 1-3 day delivery & Fedex usually a little longer at 1-7 day delivery times. If you need an expedited shipping service contact us first for a quote. AL & HI do not qualify for free shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Unfortunately with the size and weight of our items shipping that would be $25 in the lower 48 is $75 or even more to these locations. You would have to help cover the extra shipping costs to certain locations.
